Flicker Strike Question

Hello,
I have Ralakesh's Boots so I always have frenzy charges? How do I expend these to reduce my cooldown time on FS? Last bumped on Sep 3, 2024, 8:02:43 PM

Ralakesh charges cannot be spent. You only count as having maximum charges. To spend charges, you need to gain real charges.

I think you probably need a way to generate the charges if you don't have the actual charges. Ralakesh just makes you count as having the charges, so you want be able to expend them.

They should be expendable by flicker if you are generating them I would of thought.
