Mappers Kidnapped

My 6 Mappers levels 10-9 got kidnapped by boss and during the fight to rescue them my game crashed and upon logging in they were still kidnapped buy there was no portals and no option other than Abaddon or ransom.

Sadly the bosses are single attempt only. Many people have "lost" them due to instance crashing, disconnecting, or accidentally clicking to leave right when they enter.

The game takes it the same as you dying to the boss battle and you have to abandon them. Ransom also appears bugged afterwards where it looks like you can pay to save them, but several people have tried and never could pay the ransom. Abandon will probably be your only option.
