Portal to Boss of kidnapped mappers

Hello,
I have a problem due to the portal to Boss.
I've opened it to rescue my mappers. Didn't even enter the portal and my game just crashed for no reason. When I came back to the game portal was gone.
I can't now rescue my mappers or even ransom them...

Yeah it is designed this way unfortunately. They have made some improvements like moving the portal so people don't accidentally click it, but very punishing for disconnect. Particularly when it is a very easy fight that you probably wont fail except for disconnecting. They might need to reconsider this. Trying to make the fight meaningful is good but multiple portal design is there for a reason, to counter this problem. I like the fight otherwise, don't know why, but it is fun for some reason. I think it is easy to get in and out and has a good amount of reward.

So the only way I have now is just abandon them?
Eh... So I will be rerolling to find level 10 mappers for a week or longer now..

I thought you were talking about pirate guy, but yeah same deal. There is a few other threads about this. Seems like a pretty big punishment loosing this over one portal.
