Bug - Recombinator - Fractured Mods has no "red fade"

First attempt, they both got picked I thought, except turned out it missed the fractured mod. I was like, oh, sure, let's do another attempt maybe my eyes have deceived me. This time, it looked as if fractured mod got picked, except it didn't. It actually got removed, or ignored in both cases somehow?
