Increased maximum Life Implicit lowers my Life

I have a double corrupted Dialla's with +2 to socketed curse gems and 5% increased max life. But when i put it on it lowers my life instead.

Not a bug - you have a Life Mastery of 15% increased maximum life if there are no life modifiers on your equipped body armour. So you lose that 15%, then gain the 5%.
