Functional / useful microtransactions - Is there a list?

Hi! Is there a list of microtransactions that do something? All microtransactions with utility.

I'm a sucker for statistics and counters especially, kill counters, how many maps etc. - so I have the Pain map devices and Time Keeper map device (sadly can't be used together, only one map device placeable, and they don't track totals like all kills for character).

Also saw by accient the Rot Shaman Helmet which tracks how many uniques you've killed.

But if I have to sift through every microtransaction for functionality, I might just lose it. So is there a list?


Sidenote - I think it's kind of sad to put this on microtransactions as it's useful information, and I hate that I now have to -always- wear some rotting reindeer antlers to have a counter of how many uniques I've killed.

There are the rings that track: what currency you've picked on a character and the other one counts the steps you've taken

I love my fireworks back attachment. shoots off fireworks when i kill a rare or unique, lets me know its safe to move on when the screen is full of stuff.
