Runesmith enchant mod "+% increased fire damage per 1% fire resistance above 75%" not working

Hello GGG,

When I spec my points onto a small cluster jewel with "+% to fire resistance", I noticed that my fire damage from my skill does not go up...

Please look into this issue and advise if there is a cap to this mod enchant

The enchant states fire resistance, and not uncapped fire resistance. So the upper limit is 90% for 90% max fire resistance as you can't have more. So 14x the enchant value is your % fire damage if you have 90% max fire res.
