Report # : 1,091,715,031 - Scarabs not being consumed

I've been trying to use scarabs for my blighted maps for a few days. There is no indication in my atlas skills that fragments cannot be use. Maybe I missed something, but I'm not sure. I do not have Unwavering Vision node selected... I'm at a loss.

Not all content can use scarabs. If it doesn't consume, then likely it is not meant to scarab-able, like blighted maps, invitations, logbooks, etc.
