I encounterd a weird interaction with Petrified blood, the 20% Life reservation mastery an Rise of the phoenix. If I reserv my life down to low life (with the 55% low life mastery) and activate my petrified blood I get the low life stats from my Rise of the phoenix. Howerver, if I then was to spec the 20% Life reservation mastery I stil get the low life effect but if I was to then unreserv my life and then reserv it again I no longer get the buffs. Effectivly meaning i would have to unspec and respec the 20% life reservation mastery everytime my life would get unreserved and my petrified blood gets turned of.

" Yes, when you aren't on low life, you don't get the buffs for being on low life. This is not incorrect behavior. Take a closer look at the third screenshot you posted: Current Life: 3531 Maximum Life: 6421 Reserved Life: 2887 Maximum Life - Reserved Life: 3534 When you're reserving life with the mastery allocated, you aren't being reduced to low life because you aren't reserving a full 45% of your maximum life. When you're reserving life without the mastery allocated, then allocating it--you're being reduced to low life, and then regenerating as much life as possible to without going above low life. |
