bone barrier bug using forbidden flesh and forbidden Flames

When using both Forbidden Flesh and Forbidden Flames jewels, I noticed only a slight increase in health regeneration. After researching, I found that in patch 3.24.0b, a bug was fixed where leech was only restoring 1/10th of health. Since I’m not using Bone Barrier directly from the ascendancy tree but through the jewels, I believe this bug still persist for jewels.
