Need help finding leech in PoB

So I noticed a couple days ago the life leech stat disappeared under the life section. Ive gone throughout all the possibilities thinking maybe a passive, item, or option was making it disabled. If someone could please help me figure out why Id appreciate it so much.

You've set cannot leech as a map mod in the "Configuration" tab.

Gotta be careful when using the mouse wheel, you can easily change a setting when trying to scroll down.

Configuration -> Map Modifiers and Player Debuffs -> first suffix is set to "Cannot Leech"

Honestly thank you so much. Its been driving me crazy and cant believe it was something so easily missed.
