No Beidat portal / Cannot finish Sanctum

I've been running sanctum for the past 2-3 weeks and done it multiple times and haven't encountered this kind of bug. After entering the arena I placed my brands and ran through the AOE red mist quickly to second phase. I did hear two dialogs playing when i got to her. Then when i killed her she just disappeared instead of transforming into beidat and placing a portal. (I thought i lost my rewards but then i recalled that i can just re-enter sanctum)

The bug can easily be replicated. Leave high dps brands/traps on 1st phase Lycia, run to 2nd phase without waiting for 1st phase to end and insta kill her 2nd phase.
