Map Device UI Tweaks please

1. A button to vendor all rare gear on loot screens, instead of having to do it yourself. Looting the map devices in town is monstrously cumbersome (I've launched my boats and had them come back in the time it takes me to get it done sometimes), and it would be really nice to have a button to push on a map's payout screen to vendor remaining equipment (whats Isla doing while you are there anyway aside from pining over Dannig?)

2. I preface this with acknowledging I am a monumental idiot: move the open/close map UI elements to the top of the window so they aren't in a similar place to the "loot all" button. I think we can all see whats happened several times here.

E: Loosely related afterthought: lets have our own personal map device available in kingsmarch too please. I just lost an in-progress minotaur key map while looting atlas meeps because I forgot what I was doing and was out of zone for 20 minutes.
