Claw mastery "10% of Leech is Instant per Equipped Claw" does not work with mana leech

Tested both the claw mastery and leech mastery, and only the leech mastery results in instant mana leech.

I noticed it too. I wonder if it is bugged mastery or if it is bugged tooltip/wording.
