bugged valdo maps with ABYSS

why is NOBODY talking about buggy valdo maps?!

you need to complete the abyss encounter to get the foil item.
i killed all monsters, completed the abyss, got the abyss reward (hypnotic eye and stygian vise) yet, still, the chest with foil nimis did not appear?
