Will POE2 EA be F2P?

I kind of remember that the original announcement was that invites to EA was going to require some sort of "buy in" or based on purchases already spent in POE1.

Have this changed, or was this aimed at Beta invites?

This wasn't changed so far, you'll need to get a key

Jonathan says here the closed beta -> early access is just a rename for marketing purposes only. Some people are convinced the rename also implies free enter for all, but I'm not sure how one correlates to another.

GGG should make some effort to disclose this more clearly before the assumptions/expectations gets out of hand.

They will, when it's closer to the date. They have two and half months to go, and may not even have all the details nailed down yet as to how we'll access Early Access.

That way, you'll be among the first to know what the plan is, when GGG have one.
