Looping endurance charge duration bug
When using the searing exarch body armour mod "gain an endurance charge every 14 seconds" alongisde two 20% increased endurance charge duration nodes from the tree, you should be gaining an endurance charge every 14 seconds that eventually stacks up to your maximum number of endurance charges. However, upon reaching 4 or more endurance charges the stack resets to 1 instead of proceeding to the next number of endurance charges 14 seconds later. This is clearly not the intended behaviour.

Or you need more charge duration or a higher roll on the chest (13 seconds instead of 14) so you gain a charge before you lose it instead of at the same time. Some people also use the charge duration mastery, but less useful for you as RF as the closest one is power charges.

I'm aware that there are ways around the bug, but the inconsistent nature of the charge generation still means it's a bug.

You call it a bug, but it's 2 actions happening at the same frame with an undesired outcome. Not a bug.

It's a clearly inconsistent interaction between mechanics. How could it not be a bug?
