Guild Stash Currency Tab Xbox - cannot (A) use currency on item in center well

1) Place item into center well of Guild Stash Currency Tab - to prepare for crafting.
2) Move cursor to a currency in the same tab.
3) See instructions to press (A) to use the currency then press (A) again to apply it to the item.
4) Press (A). Nothing happens.

Work around:
Temporarily move currencies and item to private stash tab and craft there, then put the leftover currency back.

It would seem from the clear instructions when the cursor is positioned on a currency, that this was supposed to work like the personal, non-Guild version of the currency tab.

Recreated on Xbox One (original) and Xbox Series X.
