map bug, whisper bug, party bug.. Do better, communicate with us

You have a wonderful game and seem to be great people. Please take the extra effort to communicate with your community and address quality of life issues on the console if you want the game to grow and continue to hold us addicts in your orbit.

The whisper bug has been an issue for all 3 leagues that I've been playing.
For unknown reasons and at variable amounts of time, all of the sudden you cant message anyone or start/join groups.
Now the map reveal resets whenever you exit a zone. I've seen these reported numerous times but it's not listed as a known issue. Are they being worked on? Are you aware of them? I shouldn't have to ask these questions because there is a known issues board I should be able to go to and get the answers....


Im sure you do care, but the lack of updates on the known issues page is a sign of lack of care, effort, and/or overall professionalism. Keep your community, your financial backers, in the loop with what is going on. Update known issues, give etas if possible. Even just be honest and say you're busy with X, Y, or Z and the issue isn't being prioritized.

Please do better at keeping us updated and you will reduce the overall number of hate messages and complaining you receive. They will never go away entirely, but at least most reasonable people will back off.

If you want us to continuously spend money on micro transactions, please continuously fix the micro bugs that reduce enjoyment and quality of life in the game. Or, again, if you aren't going to fix them, just let us know and we can try to accept that. If you want to sell yourself as a community oriented game you can not ignore bug reports and fail to communicate once they are reported.
