Manually assigning preferred inventory slots to items

This functionality can be seen on minecraft backpack mods, it would be cool to have the ability to directly store some items in your inventory on a certain spot by assigning it, just like everyone has a fav spot for scrolls, or maybe putting scarabs/frags on the rightmost side of the inventory
