[ASAP QOL]Introduce an option to disable boss health bar

Because it's f'ing obnoxious to have that thing covering buff icons that we need to look for.

yes need a way to disable to severely shrink the ui of it

I don't mind a permanent boss health bar on the top of the screen.
What I do mind is how big and obstructing it is. Allowing us to shrink it down to the size of the ordinary health bar would be a huge improvement. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.
Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build! MFers found strength in their Afflictions. They became reliant on them. I am not so foolish. | |

And if we could see boss debuffs below this bar, would be ideal. Those tiny icons it has now, it took 3 bosses to even notice them, and since then I still cannot figure out what they mean, lol.
