Game Crash Bug report # 1728366686

This time trying to play a t16 Vault map on a Maven rotation.

Nothing super juiced, a coupe tormented spirits and rogue rogue exile scarabs, blight and influence/boss nodes on atlas with increased map drop rate and tier.

Delirium mirror spawned at beginning of map. Picked up and got about 90 seconds into clearing.

Began recording video when game started skipping. (happy to send in!)

Crashed out to title screen

"An unexpected Error Occurred".

Logged back in to generate bug report # 1728366686

All mechanics mentioned above have already been encounter since the last time the cache was cleared, and many times since the game was redownloaded.
