Ps5 performance

Hi, I have a ps5 "sudo" hard wired (on a 4 gig mesh) with a gig speed connection on performance mode (only for this game)
Here it is...

Yet I'm still having very dodgy gameplay.
It would seem that attacks don't come out or there is an extreme input lag for certain abilities (sometimes (most times)).
Sometimes parts of the map don't load in for whatever reason, I do have video evidence of this but am not sure where or how I could share it short of a few youtube videos.
To be clear, I play cod, im a dirty quickscoper, aka player mad maker and never have any issues making people rage quit with one hit headshots, my point is that cod requires very low ping and a very good, stable connection to quickscope consistently while maintaining a connection to all players in the lobby, in poe.... there are no other players in my maps (that's not for a lack of trying to invite friends, it just dosent work most of the time) and unless I'm connecting to actual monsters and some unusually large spiders that are on free public mcdonalds wifi I can't see a reason for it, diablo4 runs great without performance mode on, even while playing with friends in the same map, and poor Dave only has a 23 Meg connection and hes using wifi and his kid has a ps5 and they have skyQ (google it, its a disgusting bandwidth hog and i suggest you get rid of it if you have it), his Diablo is fine as well.
Having just got into this game and having spent some real money on it I'm kind of disappointed and wondering if there is a solution to mine a daves problems with it, it's gotten to the point that I'm loosing more xp than I'm making and.... im not gonna lie... I'm getting a little mad with the unnecessary deaths because attacks didn't come out which leads to a lack of life being recovered or I couldn't whirling blade away.
Any ideas?
