Sirus "DIE" beam and Ralakesh pantheon

The pantheon says Corrupted Blood cannot be inflicted on you if you have at least 5 Corrupted Blood Debuffs on you which I read as you can't have more than 5 stacks on corrupting blood on you.

" Yes since it was under 5 you can get inflicted with CB even higher than 5 Stacks. Just not anymore if you reached at least 5 stacks. |
