Omen of Amelioration not working in research facility

Died in Betrayal Research (in map research)
Omen did not get consumed, remained in inventory, lost 10% XP. EDIT: Omen of Amelioration is just bugged in general. Did you use consume any other omens previously in the map?
Did you have other omens in your inventory? I forgot since last league, but there is a specific order they are consumed if you have multiple in your inventory that proc on the same condition. Last one put into your inventory maybe? So if you looted another on-death omen in the map, that gets consumed instead. |

Just happened to me as well. I died by one hit and Omen didn't work.
