Why was Rapid Infusion notable removed?

I guess they felt this was better.
3.25.0 The Rapid Infusion Cluster Jewel Notable Passive has been replaced with a new Unrestrained Focus Notable, which causes Channelling Skills to have 8% increased Attack and Cast Speed, and provides "Unaffected by Chill while Channelling" -Official Forum Dweller- -I started the hoho movement- -Exploit Early - Exploit Often- -Moderators are absurd and OP- -Heist Enjoyer- Last edited by xPiranha on Aug 19, 2024, 11:01:24 PM
