[3.25] CI CoC Vortex/Ice Nova Build | Occultist | Settlers of Kalguur | Path of Exile 3.25

Hey guys, cast on crit vortex of projection occultist build is here. I wanted try this build with new unique shield Svalinn, this shield allows us to reach 88% block chance with flask(80%, %84 without flask). I'm not using any defensive aura other than tempest shield. We rely on block chance so you still can die if you don't block the hit.

Build Cost
- High Budget


Mana: How do I sustain mana?
- Non-Channelling Skills have # to Total Mana Cost mod on rings
- Inspiration
- Mana leech from Clever Thief (Skill tree)
- #% increased Mana Cost of Skills per 10 Devotion mod on Militant Faith

Critical Strike Chance: Aim for %100 crit chance.
- Power charges
- Diamond Flask, any flask with crit chance mod
- Inspiration charges
- Precision
- Ascendancy, Skill tree, Medium cluster
- Cospri's Malice
- Brittle Ground

Cooldown recovery: We need at least 52% for this build. I got it from:
- Level 8 Awakened Cast on Critical Strike (31%) (+3 gem level comes from crit mastery)
- Belt (19%)
- Boots (5%)

Accuracy: We need %100 hit chance.
- Level 21 Precision
- Accuracy Rating on a ring
- Blind (Disorienting Display, Cluster Notable)
- Depth Perception (Skill Tree)
- Glove Implicit

Aps: With 52% cooldown recovery optimal aps for cyclone is 10.1. Don't go over it. Cyclone's aps is 10.1 with this setup.
- 10% inc attack speed, Quick Getaway (x2)
- 15% inc attack speed, Watcher's Eye
- 20% inc attack speed, Onslaught
- 36% inc attack speed, Haste Aura

Vortex/Ice Nova: I decided to use Vortex of Projection but you can also use Ice Nova of Frostbolts. You just need to change amulet.

Stun: Using Soul of the Brine King pantheon and a flask with #% Chance to Avoid being Stunned during Effect mod but it's not stun immunity. You can use Skin of the Lords with Unwavering Stance if you want immunity.

Militant Faith: Dominus to get Inner Conviction keystone.
Try to get one with these mods:
- 4% increased Elemental/Area Damage per 10 Devotion
- 1% reduced Mana Cost of Skills per 10 Devotion

Before switching to coc make sure you have:
- Unique items
- Enough dexterity for cospri's malice
- Enough accuracy and crit chance to trigger skills

Herald of Ice - Precision - Vaal Discipline - Enlighten (Lvl 3)

Immortal Call (Lvl 1) - Cast when Damage Taken (Lvl 10) / Bonechill - Frostblink

Cospri's Malice:
Frostbolt - Greater Multiple Projectiles - Frost Bomb

Assassin's Mark - Mark on Hit / Summon Flame Golem

How do you handle Bleed and Curse?

Off to test out this build, looks fun. Can it do T17 maps or is T16 the max?

Been having fun with this. Had to swap out the speed flask for bleed immunity instead of increased speed stat though

Doing 2M LESS damage so trying to work out why atm as 1 level lower shouldn't make THAT big a loss on dps
