Refund

Is there a way to demand refund all payments i did to GGG for Path of exile from my PS account? As i see on this forum, GGG does not care about PS users needs and sells microtransactions as usual. The game is not playable and i do not want to support GGG anymore. The last update is broken and nobody takes care about it, so i just want my money back and forget GGG. Do somebody has an experiance with it? Do i have to escalate this case on PS store side?
