Suggestion to the "retaliation ready UI" while the skill is on cooldown

For context, right now the UI indicating that you can use a retaliation skill appears regardless if the skill is on cooldown or not (i think it happens when you make the retaliation usable(Prepared response) while the retaliation skill is on cooldown).

Because of that the UI becomes pointless because it doesn't really tell you when you can actually use the skill or not (it appears even if the skill is on CD and unusable).

Since i don't know if this is intended or not, i would like to suggest it to be changed so it only shows the "retaliation ready" UI when its available and not on cooldown.
