Tormented Sprits Wand Enchant Bug

Hi tormented spirit enchant has a visual bug what says it doesn't have any enchant. attached a picture showing that i have the buff with no enchant on the wand.

I've seen multiple forum posts but no reply from GGG so here's hoping this is seen.

TWO weeks later still not fixed might aswell just sell the wand to a vendor
