T17 map not opening

I have a fortress map that I'm trying to run using 2 scarabs of risk, a scarab of escalation, scarab of corruption and a scarab of stability. (running it on my 3rd atlas tree, I did unfavorite all my maps and remove singular focus from said tree not sure if that matters)

After putting it all in the map device and clicking activate absolutely nothing happens. No chat messages like the "failed to activate" or anything like that just nothing. Doesn't matter how many times I try to use it, even tried in the guild hideout and didn't work there either.

Could be some form of user error but as I just ran a different fortress prior I don't know why this one is weird

Did you accidently deselect a map crafting option? You must select at least the free increased quant option or the activate button grays out.

Nope, even made sure to swap between 2 different craft options between attempts to open it.

Like if it is user error I wish the game would let me know I'm doing something wrong.

There was another thread or two about T17 maps not opening if they were corrupted and Twist of Fate was allocated on the passive tree. Was your issue also under these conditions?

That it, it's corrupted and I have twist of fate allocated. Thank you for the help!

I just encountered this problem now. Corrupted all my T17's and selected Twist of fate. No T17 maps open

Same problem Here! Corrupted t17 + twist of fate doesnt open!

Just came here to say, same thing happened to me today. Twist of fate and corrupted t17 map device does not open map.

I had the same thing. Once I unselected Twist of Fate, the map opened just fine
