Syndicate QoL
I find running syndicate to be very frustrating, because every time I open the syndicate screen to kill/imprison/betray and whatnot, I have to cross reference it with a cheat sheet.
I do not dislike the concept at all, I find it very appealing, I simply dislike that an external tool is needed (unless you memorize everything). I would enjoy the mechanic a lot more if GGG implemented a QoL feature such as this (courtesy of good ol' paint): Where, in another screen, you would specify: - For each character - For each location (transportation, fortification, research, intervention) -> Whether or not you want the character in that location. (basically one of the cheat sheets everyone uses, except with only 2 colors like so:) Then, the game would automatically display (as seen on first image): - In green, the characters that are already in the location you requested - In yellow, the characters that aren't in a location you requested, and with an arrow pointing to where you requested them to be - In red, the characters that have no requested locations (indicating you want them gone) Is it perfect, is it flawless? No, definitely not, and if you have better ideas feel free to improve it, but it definitely beats having another monitor with the cheat sheet tab always open, or memorizing almost everything just to be able to engage with the mechanic. Most people don't care for anything except Gravicius in Transportation.

" I mean, I really care and I wished I could engage with the mechanic fully. For those other people, the addition of this system wouldn't hurt them at all and may also benefit them by moving other people while moving gravicius when it is effortless. |
