route problem with the internet operator Claro (freeze, Disconnect)

Some route of yours with the ''Claro'' internet in Brazil, is giving freeze and disconnection.
Both on PC and consoles. streamers who have the same internet are having the same problem, yesterday I contacted ''Claro'' support and they said that this was your problem.
This is terrible, this happens practically every 15 minutes.
If you want to check, there's a stramer on Twitch ''bilaubrjr'' in his lives who also uses the same operator, it happens almost all the time.

Try to Turn your ps5 to english united Kingdom and clear Caches .

After that the Game is mostly playable but Not Bug free. But freezes will Stop.
