Ships coming back with no rewards

Randomly a couple times in a span of 2 hours. 1-2 Ships are coming back with no rewards or its acting like it never went out but all the resources are gone.

Did u check before u pressed reward button, do u have a red text saying they got killed etc. because depend on how many materials u send, u also takes a risk of losing the items. Normally u only sending like 10-20% on red bar on right side of the materials, depend on how much of a risk you want to take when u send materials.

" Nah, this is a bug that has been going around all league. I've had it happen myself a few times. I was paranoid after seeing only 1-2 ships were actually sent out so I started checking each one has an abandon button before I close the window. Can confirm they just decided to come back and nobody was lost and no rewards were gained like they never were sent out. Cannot confirm if resources were lost as I don't do large shipments, but it has happened enough times that I don't send large shipments as a result. |

Oh, didn't know about this bug thanks, seems GGG have a lot of bugs open up now to work on.

Just had it happen to one of my ships, oddly enough it offers up the reward but when you open it up nothing is there?

This has been happening to me CONSISTENTLY! Every day at least one time this happens... Ill send out two ships. No crew lost, no negative event at all! Tier X crew mates on both ships, so the risk is nothing.... 500k shipments.
I return to check and they act as if they had never gone out! Materials all gone! I have been mapping and notice this on return. And I have logged out and the next day, nothing there. Please fix this, as I have had much wasted time and materials! |

my ship just did the same thing. i came to check ships and it was like i never sent it in the first place. i know i did 100% i had it setup to complete some resources.
