Blight nodes spawning on starfall crater

Blight portal spawned on starfall crater entrance creating unkillable monsters

I have a screenshot of the issue but I am unsure how to post the image.

In my case there was also a path that went over the crater as well, with the adds stopping like they hit a wall which as far as I can tell the star-fall crater is, since I can't leap slam or blink over it.
