flip the gold, buy stuff on trade site -> sell it in currency exchange

Seems GGG designs their content and then surprisingly, people use it in a totally different backwards way :D, like this never happened before haha

My mappers deserve to be unemployed. They fake rank 10 resumes for high pay and then consistently die with a "1% chance" of dying.

market will auto correct if the gold isn't rewarding when used elsewhere.

Ghazzy was right, you could earn currency simply from trading but that makes sense. There is a gold cost which comes with an opportunity cost. That gold can finance shipments and mappers that also give loot. So the actual profit was hypothetical. If the value of gold in town becomes worse the gap between both markets will drop. Econ 101..

Both actions turn gold in to currency. There is no actual profit. If gold returns less in your town then the gap between both markets will narrow as the opportunity value of gold decreases.

People act like this video is some kind of revelation when it just very basic economics. One guy made 1 div with his gold by flipping on the market. The other guy paid mapper wages with it and got a Div from a map. Internet thinks guy one is a genius and guy 2 is an idiot. Go figure.

Well most people don´t engage with economics. The currency market drew more attention for flipping. Streamer did see the chance for an easy video -> profit. Obviously nothing new you don´t even have to enter a map to get rich in this game.
This single change turned the absolute best league into a shit show.
