0% risk for shipment and still lost it

I dont know if its because the last patch, but I've just sent a shipment with 0% risk and still got the crew captured - https://ibb.co/9ZWg5fv

" You are right, the tooltip is kinda misplaced. Also, arebt the unforseen events kinda same? If you cannot defeat the boss, you lose the shipment. If the risk is higher, you also lose the shipment. |
