Solution for Game Freezes and Disconnects ( For Language packages other than English )

I had played in German Language and because of some Post in the Forum, i testet to Change my Language on Console to English

Please comment, If this solution will Help U AS well. So other know id its a solution for everyone. Thx

Problems beforehand

- Hard Freezes on Ritual, Harvest, Jun, Beastiary, Delirium, Ultimatium - Mostly Safe Shutdown of the game ( Disconnect without Diing )
- Clear Caches and Reinstall ended in Harvest was Playable now, Rest stayed the Same. Some Bossfights got also Freezes and Disconnects.
- When Ritual was near, in any Map - Freeze Disconnect. U could not run anny Scarabs or Push ur maps - Resulut where Disconnect and lost in Portals.
- t17 where unplayable because of Portallost and Disconnects.


Solution for German Language.

- Go to your Ps5 Settings. Choose System and System Language. Change it to English.
- After that - Turn off ur Playstation 5. Connect ur Controller with USB into the Ps5.
- Press and hold the power button on the console until you hear a second beep to enter Safe Mode. This should take about 7 seconds. Press the PS button. Navigate to the Clear Cache and Rebuild Database option using your controller.
- Here Choose Clear System Caches - It will take a few Seconds, and your are back into your Main Ps5 Screen

- After that u can start the game or also restart the Process above to also clear the , Data Base Caches - This is not always be needed, but can help-
To rebuild your Data base, do it the same, as above - this will take 5 - 6 Minutes this time.

After that start Poe in the English Language and u should be mostly free from any Crashes.


- This ist testet for 4 Days now.
- I can do Delirum, with Harbinger and Beyond on t 17 , with Ritual and all this crazy shit. Only in a few Moments, the game will Freeze.
Mostly it runs okay and Smooth.


The Problems can be a Language Package Problem, that the game cant find the right German ( or other language ) Folders and Freezes on this and Dissconect you from the game, to prevent diing

But now 5 other people tested it ( only German Players ) and it still works for them and me.

Hope U find a solution.

After new Patch.

Game still dont Crash in Most cases . Only Crash in a map with 10000000 of projectiles .

Some Bugs are now new.
Invisibility of enemys, until U are near them. This happens for 2-3 Maps, Than IT works again.

More loading time , when U Open chest. The Item Pictures Take a while to load Up.

Shippmens dissapearing , when u are logging in an Out between Charakters .



But the fix with english pacage and Crashes still working. Id cleared all caches after the Patch and startet new. Everything ist playable

4 guild members also testet IT now, and they can Play.
We Had only 1 Person, Who still got Problems after tryout this solution.
Others, that dont want to Change language ( because to old and cant speak english ) cant Play atm
