Unable to open door in Residence Map

As noted in the title and shown in the screenshot, this is the only way forward in the map and the door cannot be opened. Tried to reposition in every way, exit and enter map etc, no solution found. Last bumped on Sep 18, 2024, 10:57:40 AM
