Channeling skill cost and non-channeling skill cost should be a single, combined mod

I mean.....it DID used to be one mod. They specifically made the choice to split them in two. Just like how they split mana reservation and life reservation into two separate mods.
They specifically don't want it to be one mod. You choose one or the other. |

" Did it really? Never had any problems getting channeling skills to have zero mana cost, even with chunky awakened gem multipliers. Plus, there are now tons of reduced mana cost passives and implicits on gear that never used to be there. I was running cyclone of tumult, basically at the highest of the channeling skills mana cost currently in the game and it was perfectly fine. I don't think this particular change killed any builds.
