Random disconnection in my improved lab

Hi,

What am I supposed to do after having seen the game go back to login screen in at the beginning of my lab ? I spent a gift the goddess and I guess it's gone but with my total wealth of 8 div the loss is big... Please, Chris, give me back a gift to the goddess =''')

I have the log at the time of the issue and after reconnection.

Just to laugh, I found another one, ran it and got OS by a random blue monster in the second section. I can face-tank conquerors...

Yes, this is absolutely infuriating. Mine didn't even load the lab but used the improved goddess. I guess its not a bug just a shit way to code it. Should be a timer check that you were able to actually get into the instance instead of spend item to open door in instance that is already stable. Or something like, idk, use the goddess in our map device to open 1 portal so it doesn't get consumed if we fail to connect to the potato that the game put the lab instance on.

It's been about a month since GGG last responded in these forums. I would not count on their response and they can't really do much for disconnect issues. If there was an issue on their side, then you would see dozens of other reports with the same issue.

Since you appear to be the only one reporting issues with the Gift lab and I assume from your post it is only with Gift lab, I'd start in tech support and try to run WinMTR to see if you can find any nodes on the path to GGG that could be having issues. If you can't find anything wrong with the hops, then isolate further with file/pack check up to full re-install and see if it's maybe corrupted files. Checking the error log during a disconnect can sometimes point to those files, but those logs are probably long gone by now.

Also, GGG has a policy to not refund items lost to bugs, disconnects, etc. So they won't refund your lab token.
