Rogue's Harbour and Increasing graphical problems

I don't have a bad computer, 3600x, 2080ti, 32 gigs of ram. I pull a decent 180 fps in my hideout. I map at a consistent 100fps unless I am doing blight encounters.

Rogue's Harbour on its best MINUTES brings my fps down to ~70. During peak hours though, my fps can go all the way down to about 15 FPS with high amounts of artifacting and screen tearing due to the SHEER, ABSOLUTE amount of clutter, effects, and shitty musical demons in the area.

Bring back instanced Rogue Harbour(s), or at least limit the quantity of people inside to something reasonable.

Either that, or allow us to turn off non-party MTX, would save my ears during lving too, since I wouldn't have to listen to those jazz demons.
