Why is GGG so hell bend on making life harder for players ?

Can someone explain why is GGG so generous on nerfing recombinator and so stingy on power runes ? I seen streamers sent out max shipments of 50M value and only got 1 power runes. Meanwhile im getting Fcked in the ass by GGG decision. Now i cant even try new builds on standard using recombinators lol

Because someone at GGG still thinks that more accessible loot/items somehow make the game worse and make players leave the game faster.
When in realy the more loot\good items you get the more excited you are,and you want to play more. STUPID BEAST
