Rework Golems

Hi, I noticed that golem builds were becoming increasingly rare, for several reasons.
-They are expensive to invest in for a result that is not substantial enough.
-They require expensive jewels and specific slots in the talent tree.
-The skills of the golems are no longer suitable these days, for example fire golems have 3 skills but only 1 is useful, the one that shoots explosive fireballs.

I suggest reworking the golems, adding slots in the talent tree for them, adding items, changing their skills.

We could add a unique one that transforms all your golems into 1 big one, and these stats/damage/skills depend on the golems used and their number.

In the talent tree we could add points for the golems that increase their survival/damage/behavior.

Changed the golems' skills, removing some attacks and adding skills more suited to their type and role.

Golems as support, are in a good place right now.
One here for this, one here for that.

But you're right, a Golem Commander build just doesn't function well.
I tried last league, multitudes of different combinations, with pledge of hands, fleshcraft, all the primordial jewels... different hordes, different amulets!

yes, they have become monsters that support other builds, but no longer a build in themselves.

Yet they are fun to use and change from other summons with their attacks more specific to 1 element
For Path Of Exiles 2 I really want to see what they did with it, if they're there.
I'm one who loved POE only cause of this golems, and I agree, actually golems are too weak, I dont mean weak in the sens of fragility, they survive well, but they are weak, they dont do damage with the HARD invest of tons of divines you put there.

The only way to get it correct, is to put 2 or 3 mirrors.
I hope GGG will buff golems and make them at least great.
Maybe could buff. There's probably a fine line though. It wasn't that long ago that I saw everyone coming to trade having golem builds. What has changed? Is it the survivability or are they just not good at tackling some of the harder content?

Put in a good amount of investment and yielded terrible results.

They moved all the primordial gems into specific delve nodes, which was meant to help accessibility but they're still quite expensive.

tl;dr you can spend half as much currency for a build that performs 20x better in mapping and in bossing.
I see. Returning alt gem qual could be an option. I'm not sure exactly why this was removed, I think most people liked them. I guess it is to do with balancing, but I don't really see why they needed to be removed.
