Labyrint activation device bug

I Have finnished all trials = every trial Is green when I find them on the map (finnished many times), but when I want to visit a Merciless Labyrinth or Ethernal labyrinth I can't access.It says that I Have to finnish all trials and previous labyrinths to activate those... I dont know What to do Now, because my character is going to be useless without ascendencies.

Sounds like you have to do the first lab itself. Provided you are correct that you have found all of the trials. It is possible that you ran the lab, never touched the wall to provide the points, then left. It wouldn't be the first time someone was unaware that they needed to actually get the points after killing Izaro and using the alter for gems.
The order is: 6 trials in Acts 1-3 Run 1st Lab (before first debuff) 3 Trials in Acts 6-8 Run 2nd Lab 3 Trials in Acts 9-10 Run 3rd Lab (before last debuff) Kill Kitava Progress to Yellow Maps Find 1 Trial (yay not needing all 6 anymore) Run 4th Lab |
