Xbox Series X Blurry Screen When 120hz Is Enabled

I first noticed on the first day of league launch. Pushed it off and went back to 60hz thinking it was just me until I heard someone else was having the same problem, which was just yesterday. The game doesn't crash or lag, you can still play just fine... it just starts out clear and as I start moving around it slowly gets worse until it's completely blurry.

I have tried several times, before and after the patch updates and it still happens. I even tried reinstalling but nothing changed.
