Runesmith Staff Shrine Enchant bug with other shrines.
Pick up a regular acceleration shrine in a map with the double shrine atlas nodes. The random shrine buff every 10 seconds from the staff shrine enchant rolls a new buff and if it picks the same as the one you have. In this case acceleration shrine. It will overwrite the longer duration shrine effect with the very short staff buff causing your regular shrine buff to end early because the staff shrine buffs are a much shorter duration.
I've only noticed it with acceleration because its very easy to notice the speed change, it may also be overwriting other longer duration shrines with its short duration enchant shrine buffs. Also not sure if the duration of the shrines from the staff are supposed to only last 10 seconds and not the same duration as a regular shrine. It seems very short and not worth the cost of the enchant power wise at all. Buffing the duration using the gull helm ups the shrine buffs from the staff to 15 sec, however the gull shrines get 30 seconds so maybe its also not scaling correctly. Staff shrines last only 10 seconds???
I spent some time trying to create a build around this enchant, I'm so glad I didn't actually go ahead with it. That's a JOKE compared to the other power rune enchants |
