Can't enter Valdo map after being dc'd

I opened a one player only valdo map. Entered the portal but got dc'd while loading. It says instance is full, so I can't enter again but there's still 6 portals.

Same problem today. DC on loading screen and "instance is full" after. All 6 portals opened
