Alva temple area lvl 1 - (Incursion Scarab of Timelines)

When using the Incursion Scarab of Timelines to get another temple it dropped a "Chronicle of Atzoatl" with "area level: 1" even though all 12 Incursions (including the last one) were done in a lvl 83 (t16) area.

This means I even have a map room in a temple with area lvl below 68, which afaik is usually not even possible. So imo that's definitely not intended - the area lvl of that extra temple (from the scarab) should be the same as the area where it drops.

I'm having this issue as well. Seems to ONLY give me level 1 temples :(

All Alvas done in T16's as well. I wonder if there's something about doing ALL T16's that bugs it out? Will have to do some testing.

You don't need to do any testing. Temples generated from the scarab will be level 1 regardless of what you do. The scarab has been bugged since it was added to the game, more than half a year ago. There's a multitude of threads about it, GGG even replied to one, but it is obviously not working properly.

If for some absurd reason it is working as intended, it should be indicated on the scarab that the temples created are level 1.
