Multi-league persistent graphical glitches in rogue harbor

Graphical bug, with heavy flickering and lag.

Below is a still image of one of the flickered frames. What flickers:
- Some form of masking on players and objects (see image below)
- Footprints
- overlay map (tab enabled map)
- Some textures, like the cylindrical beam behind the guild stash
- cosmetic flame wings on players
- and more (see image below)



Does not happen every time, but happens often (maybe 1/5 visits, maybe a bit less often).

The flickering is not a flicker between 2 different "views" so to speak, meaning, each flickering item seemingly flicker independently. It seems to be a select set of objects/textures that flicker. Some seem to never flicker. An example is the cylindrical pillars in front of the Heist Locker. They flicker, but the square mount beneath does not.

This happened since I first started playing at start of Kalandra League.

When it happened last time, I could make it stop happening by opening UIs, such as the inventory and the game settings, but it immediately started happening after closing said UI. So it responds the what is visible on my side, possibly connected to some objects being rendered?

I tried closing Awakened PoE Trade overlay - made no difference.

I did not see it very often for a long while, but it has been a bit persistent for the last few visits to the Rogue Harbor. The only difference that, very speculatively, is different, is that I have borrowed away 32gb of my 64gb ram to a friend who wanted to try doubling from 16 to 32 for unrelated reasons.

Having the same issue here
Same issue here. In necropolis league it never happened. It was laggy indeed, but not broken like this. Now rogue harbor is literally unplayable.
I have the same issue. The Rogue Harbor is flickering very strong.

This seems to depend on the number of players in the harbor.
